Dignity First
Every plan starts from the assumption that your child is whole. ABA should add tools, never take away who they are.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to early, individualized, family-centered behavior services across South Florida.
I'm Leah — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Believe and Grow ABA. For years, I worked inside larger ABA agencies, and I kept noticing the same thing: families weren't getting the slow, listening kind of care that real progress requires.
So I built the kind of practice I wished existed. Small enough to know every child by name. Personal enough that you reach me — not a call center. Rigorous enough that every session is rooted in evidence-based methods like Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS-R, but warm enough that your child wants to come back.
I believe ABA at its best isn't about compliance. It's about giving children the tools to communicate, connect, and move through the world with confidence — without ever asking them to be someone they're not.

Every plan starts from the assumption that your child is whole. ABA should add tools, never take away who they are.
We track progress carefully — but the goal isn't a spreadsheet. It's the moment your child orders their own breakfast.
You know your child best. My job is to make your instincts more effective, not to replace them.
Believe and Grow ABA is built on the strongest credentials in the field — and on an ongoing commitment to learning, accountability, and ethical practice.
“The families I work with don't need to be fixed. They need to be heard, supported, and given tools that actually fit their lives.”— Leah Dobry, BCBA
